  • Newly issued Baptismal Certificate for Confirmation Purpose

  • Must have confession at least 3 days before the date of Confirmation

  • Must attend Confirmation Seminar (every 4rd Saturday of the month at 8AM)

*Registration must be completed at least a week before the date of Confirmation

Every 2th Saturday of the month at 2PM

Marriage between two Catholics

  • Newly issued Baptismal Certificate for Marriage Purpose

  • Newly issued Confirmation Certificate for Marriage Purpose

  • Marriage License

  • Certificate of No Marriage (Cenomar) from PSA

  • Canonical Interview to be conducted by priest at least 2 months prior to the Wedding schedule

  • Pre-Cana Seminar to be scheduled by the Parish Office

  • Marriage Banns

  • Marriage Permit (if coming from other parishes)

Additional requirements for particular cases

  1. For Civilly Married​

    • Certified True Copy of the Civil Marriage Contract​

  2. For Previously Married but whose spouse is already dead

    • Death Certificate of the deceased​

  3. For Previously Married but whose marriage is annulled (church)

    • Decree of ​Nullity from the Competent Matrimonial Tribunal

  4. Marriage between a Filipino and a foreigner

    • Certification of Freedom to Marry from the foreigner's National Consulate​

    • Japanese citizens must have clearance from the Chaplain of Japanese Nationals in the Philippines (Fr. Toru Nishimoto - Travellers Life Bldg., 490 TM Kalaw St., Ermita, Manila)

    • Clearance from the Chancery, Diocese of Novaliches

  5. Marriage between a Catholic and a Non-Catholic​​

    • Certification of Freedom to Marry from the church of the non-Catholic party​

    • Proclamation of Banns for the Catholic party

    • Should sign a petition for dispensation recommended by the Parish Priest

    • Permission of Mixed Religion or dispensation of Disparity of Cult​​​

For Renewal of Vows

  • Catholic Marriage Contract

Aircon - ₱ 25,000

*Reservation fee of ₱ 5,000 is non-refundable and may only be accepted upon satisfaction of requirements and confirmation of Wedding schedule

  • 1 hr and 30 mins use of the Cathedral for the Wedding Rite and pictorial

  • Wedding Rite and stipend for Solemnizing Officer

  • Ushers and Lectors

  • Red carpet

  • Candles for the Altar

  • Flower decoration (pedestal and altar)

  • Use of electricity (videos and cameras)

  • Choir
