Last November 30, 2023, the Mother Church of the Diocese of Novaliches opened its doors again to its flock, with Most Rev. Charles Brown, D.D, the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, who led the consecration of the new altar of Cathedral-Shrine and Parish of the Good Shepherd. He is joined with Most Rev. Roberto O. Gaa, D.D., Bishop of Novaliches, together with the other bishops and priests in this momentous event.
Here are some highlights taken from the said celebration. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to those who helped us in making this event blessed and successsful.
